Krause Springs
Just a few short minutes from the lodge, Krause Springs is one of the most popular swimming holes in the Texas Hill Country. It features natural spring-fed pools, small waterfalls, and lush gardens. Visitors can spend the day swimming, relaxing beside the water, or exploring the lovely butterfly gardens.
Hamilton Pool Preserve
Hamilton Pool Preserve is located about 30 minutes away and is one of the most scenic natural attractions in the area. It is known for its jade-green swimming hole, limestone cliffs, and beautiful waterfall. Muleshoe Bend

In the spring, fields of bluebonnets bloom across the park, creating one of the most photographed wildflower spots near Spicewood.

This popular outdoor destination on the shores of Lake Travis is only a few minutes down the road from our lodge. Visitors can spend the day swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking,or hiking. The park also features picnic areas, boat ramps, and mountain biking trails.
Lake Travis Zipline Adventures
Located just under an hour from our lodge, this adventure features a series of long ziplines high above Lake Travis. Guided tours include multiple zipline runs, off-road transportation through the hills, and access to a private lakeside beach where visitors can swim, relax, or picnic after their adventure.

Visitors to this unique zoo can get close to animals like giraffes, zebras, kangaroos, antelope, and ostriches.
